Referral Scheme
Referral Scheme – Terms of Business
Effective Date: 23/04/2025
These Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern participation in the ASI Recruitment Ltd Referral Scheme (“Referral Scheme”). By participating in the Referral Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility
1.1 The Referral Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 and over or businesses with a valid registration.
1.2 Employees, contractors, or affiliates of ASI Recruitment Ltd may be excluded from participating unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- How the Referral Scheme Works
2.1 A “Referrer” is an eligible participant who refers a new Candidate (“Referred Candidate”) to ASI Recruitment Ltd.
2.2 A successful referral is defined as a Referred Candidate who:
- Has not previously used or registered with ASI Recruitment Ltd, and
- We successfully place with a client where a fee is received for our services and the candidate completes 12 weeks employment with the employer.
2.3 Each Referrer will receive a reward as specified in the Referral Scheme promotion upon a successful referral.
- Referral Rewards
3.1 The type and amount of reward will be set out in the Referral Scheme materials and may be monetary, discounts, or other promotional incentives.
3.2 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may be subject to change.
3.3 ASI Recruitment Ltd reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- Limitations
4.1 Referrals must be made in a personal, non-commercial manner. Bulk distribution, spamming, or advertising through paid channels is not allowed.
4.2 You may not refer yourself or create multiple identities/accounts for the purpose of receiving referral rewards.
- Termination and Changes
5.1 ASI Recruitment Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Scheme at any time without notice.
5.2 Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
- Liability
6.1 ASI Recruitment Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Referral Scheme.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
